Subject: kernel BUG at net/core/skbuff.c:2643!

Hello All,

Kernel version: 4.19

I am seeing a kernel crash about once ever 1-3 days (varies from server
to server). I have collected stack traces via netconsole from the
crashes and attached them. All of the traces appear in a TCP retransmit
and generates an ICMP of destination unreachable, fragmentation needed.

Attachments:

1) crashes.4.19: stack traces collected from kernel logs over the past
few days.
2) config: kernel config used to be build 4.19.12

Regards,
Joshua
