Subject: [PATCH net-next 1/3] mlxsw: spectrum_switchdev: Remove getting PORT_BRIDGE_FLAGS

There is no code that will query the SWITCHDEV_ATTR_ID_PORT_BRIDGE_FLAGS
attribute remove support for that.
