Subject: [PATCH rdma-next 03/12] RDMA/mlx5: Move netdev info into the port struct

From: Mark Bloch <markb@...lanox.com>

Netdev info is stored in a separate array and holds data relevant on a
per port basis, move it to be part of the port struct.
