Subject: [PATCH] isdn:mISDN: fix misuse of %x in hfcpci.c

Pointers should be printed with %p or %px rather than
cast to (u_long) and printed with %lx.
Change %lx to %p to print the pointer.
Change %lx to %pad to print the dma_addr_t.
