Ok, a second thought. All evil come from the access of tun->numqueues 
without sufficient synchronization. This is a partial fix, another 
possible case is __tun_detach(), we need either

1) synchronize through pointers in tfiles

2) or smp_load_acquire()/smp_store_release() to solve it completely.

Let me post a complete fix.
