Subject: [PATCH 05/12] Revert "net: xfrm: Add '_rcu' tag for rcu protected pointer in netns_xfrm"

This reverts commit f10e0010fae8174dc20bdc872bcaa85baa925cb7.

This commit was just wrong. It caused a lot of
syzbot warnings, so just revert it.
