I am preparing V3.  Can you explain what you mean by "registered
vendor prefix" please?

This IP Core comes from the ZHAW School of Engineering, Institute of
Embedded Systems (InES).

ZHAW stands for "Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften."
