Yes, MT7621 also uses PDMA for RX. The code for RX is pretty much
shared (re-used), with slight changes for the MT7628/88 to work
correctly on this SoC.

I'll work on a capability bit for PDMA vs QDMA on TX though. This
might make things a little more transparent.
