Subject: [PATCH net] net: socionext: netsec: fix xdp stats accounting
Increment netdev rx counters even for XDP_DROP verdict. Moreover report
even tx bytes for xdp buffers (TYPE_NETSEC_XDP_TX or
TYPE_NETSEC_XDP_NDO)
