Subject: [PATCH net/tipc] Replace rcu_swap_protected() with
 rcu_replace_pointer()

This commit replaces the use of rcu_swap_protected() with the more
intuitively appealing rcu_replace_pointer() as a step towards removing
rcu_swap_protected().
