Subject: [PATCH net-next 4/8] net: hns3: modify an unsuitable log in hclge_map_ring_to_vector()

From: Yonglong Liu <liuyonglong@...wei.com>

When the returned vector_id less than 0, the message should print
out the vector who is getting vector index fail.

So this patch replaces vector_id with vector, and re-format the
message.
