Subject: [PATCH rdma-next 10/10] RDMA/mlx5: Set relaxed ordering when requested

From: Michael Guralnik <michaelgur@...lanox.com>

Enable relaxed ordering in mkey context when requested.
As relaxed ordering is not currently supported in UMR, disable UMR usage
for relaxed ordering MRs.
