Subject: [net-next 03/13] net/mlx5e: Return void from mlx5e_sq_xmit and mlx5i_sq_xmit

mlx5e_sq_xmit and mlx5i_sq_xmit always return NETDEV_TX_OK. Drop the
return value to simplify the code.
