Subject: [PATCH/RFC] dt-bindings: net: renesas,etheravb: Convert to json-schema

Convert the Renesas Ethernet AVB (EthernetAVB-IF) Device Tree binding
documentation to json-schema.

Add missing properties.
Update the example to match reality.

Signed-off-by: Geert Uytterhoeven <geert+renesas@...der.be>
---
This includes the changes made in "[PATCH/RFC 1/5] dt-bindings: net:
renesas, ravb: Document internal clock delay properties"
which are still under review, hence the RFC.

I post it regardless, as it shows the validation of
"renesas,[rt]xc-delay-ps" properties, which obviously wasn't present in
the plain text bindings.

- Valid values are 0 and 2000.
- A non-zero value is allowed only if phy-mode = "rgmii".
- Zero is not supported on R-Car V3H.
