Subject: [PATCH 2/5] net: stmmac: Move device_can_wakeup() check earlier in
 set_wol

If !device_can_wakeup(), there's no need to futher check. And return
-EOPNOTSUPP rather than -EINVAL if !device_can_wakeup().
