Aaaaaargh.
Apparently INDIRECT_CALLABLE_DECLARE doesn't declare anything #ifndef
CONFIG_RETPOLINE. I presumably misunderstood what it was for, and I
should just declare those prototypes normally, without it.
Time to spin a v5...
