Subject: [PATCH net v3 0/5] DPAA FMan driver fixes

Here are several fixes for the DPAA FMan driver.

v2 changes:
* corrected patch 4 by removing the line added by mistake
* used longer fixes tags with the first 12 characters of the SHA-1 ID

v3 changes:
* remove the empty line inserted after fixes tag
