Subject: [PATCH V2 4/5 nf] selftests: netfilter: simplify command testing

Fix some shellcheck SC2181 warnings:
"Check exit code directly with e.g. 'if mycmd;', not indirectly with
$?." as suggested by Stefano Brivio.
