Subject: [PATCH 27/38] can: mcp251x: add GPIO support

From: Timo Schlüßler <schluessler@...use.de>

The mcp251x variants feature 3 general purpose digital inputs and 2
outputs. With this patch they are accessible through the gpio framework.
