Subject: [PATCH net 100/117] net: mt7601u: set fops_eeprom_param.owner to THIS_MODULE

If THIS_MODULE is not set, the module would be removed while debugfs is
being used.
It eventually makes kernel panic.

Fixes: c869f77d6abb ("add mt7601u driver")
