What are you NAK'ing? 

It is consistent with the multi-subsystem device sharing model we've
had for ages now.

The physical ethernet port is shared between multiple accelerator
subsystems. netdev gets its slice of traffic, so does RDMA, iSCSI,
VDPA, etc.
