Subject: [PATCH net-next 3/3] net: phy: mscc: use new PTP_MSGTYPE_* defines

Use recently introduced PTP_MSGTYPE_SYNC and PTP_MSGTYPE_DELAY_REQ
defines instead of a driver internal enumeration.
