It's not immediately obvious that this is indeed the fix for this, but
also not obvious that this is not the fix for this. Bisection log
looks plausible.
Was this bug in tipc fixed? Is it the fix?
If I don't hear better suggestions I will close this bug as fixed by
this commit later.
