As far as I know, the main reason to use mempool is where memory allocations
cannot be allowed to fail. With our design, the per CPU task pool is allocated
as part of the first connection offload (from this CPU) and will be used for
all the IOs on this CPU. As part of the IO path flow, we are re-using the same
task elements from the pool, hence I believe it's not different from any other
memory we are allocating as part of driver load and connection offload which
is allowed to fail.
