Subject: [PATCH bpf-next v6 1/7] net: bonding: Refactor bond_xmit_hash for use with xdp_buff

In preparation for adding XDP support to the bonding driver
refactor the packet hashing functions to be able to work with
any linear data buffer without an skb.
