It is not clear why you use a pair of spin_lock()/unlock for each ixgbe_xmit_xdp_ring()
call, plus one other for ixgbe_xdp_ring_update_tail()
I guess this could be factorized to a single spin lock/unlock in ixgbe_xdp_xmit(),
and thus not have this ixgbe_xdp_ring_update_tail_locked() helper ?
