Subject: [PATCH net-next 1/3] igc: Remove media type checking on the PHY initialization

From: Sasha Neftin <sasha.neftin@...el.com>

i225 devices only have copper phy media type. There is no point in
checking phy media type during the phy initialization. This patch cleans
up a pointless check.
