Subject: [RFC PATCH v2 13/19] vhost-vdpa: uAPI to get virtqueue group id

Follows the support for virtqueue group in vDPA. This patches
introduces uAPI to get the virtqueue group ID for a specific virtqueue
in vhost-vdpa.
