Thanks Heiner.
So I tried this over linus tip from today and unfortunately it doesn't
help the shutdown or rmmod.
With the couple more additions below I can get it to stay up on rmmod ,
but still after that , shutdown still brings it down. Perhaps that
leaves all to the BIOS/realtek firmware..
