Subject: [PATCH net-next 1/2] net/tls: remove unnecessary jump instructions in do_tls_setsockopt_conf()

Avoid using "goto" jump instruction unconditionally when we
can return directly. Remove unnecessary jump instructions in
do_tls_setsockopt_conf().
