Subject: [PATCH bpf-next v2 9/9] bpf: bpftool: Remove useless rlimit setting
As we have already set LIBBPF_STRICT_AUTO_RLIMIT_MEMLOCK, we don't need to
bump RLIMIT_MEMLOCK any more.
