You mean the following thread interlaving?

ioctl                                unbind
                                cdc_ncm_free(ctx);
dev->data[0]
                                 dev->data[0] = 0;

It seems this will still trigger UAF. Maybe we need to add mutex to
prevent this. But I am not sure.
