Subject: [PATCH] ptp: ocp: select CRC16 to fix build error

ptp_ocp.c uses crc16(), so it should select CRC16 to
prevent a build error:

ERROR: modpost: "crc16" [drivers/ptp/ptp_ocp.ko] undefined!
