Subject: [RFCv8 PATCH net-next 28/55] treewide: use netdev_features_andnot/clear helpers
Replace the 'f1 = f2 & ~f3' features expressions by
netdev_features_andnot helpers, and replace the
'f1 &= ~f2' expressions by netdev_features_clear helpers.
