This doesn't go into details why CLDMA_MTU -> CLDMA_SHARED_Q_BUFF_SZ 
rename was done (if it wouldn't have been in the same change at all, I 
could have immediately seen that, ah, it was just moving code around but 
now I had to go to check if the defines yield same values).
