Subject: [PATCH v2 ethtool 1/5] uapi: add kernel headers for MAC merge layer
Import new ethtool netlink definitions for netlink messages and
attributes having to do with getting and setting the MAC Merge layer
configuration, as well as its counters (plus individual eMAC/pMAC
counters).
