Thanks for the comments! We will soon address these comments in the next
version of this patch.
Before we send out the next version, we just wonder whether there is any
other advice on this version of patch from Willem or Michael and we may
address them as well in the next version. We really appreciate all the
comments you provided and may provide in the future.
