Subject: devm_* allocations and your fix net: asix: fix modprobe "sysfs:
 cannot create duplicate filename"

Hi,

the fix solves the issue. I have no issues wit it at all.
But it raises two questions

1) why is devm_mdiobus_alloc() different in this issue from other devm_* allocations?
They seem to use the same mechanism.

2) why do you think that this has anything to do with usbnet? That issue should
arise with any usb device.

	Regards
		Oliver
