Your patch is not complete.
Any pskb_maypull() or pskb_expand_head() can change skb->head
So @oldhdr will point to freed memory and this will trigger another bug report.
memmove(ipv6_hdr(skb), oldhdr, sizeof(struct ipv6hdr)); // crash
