Is there a way to reproduce this setup on Qemu?

I am able to build the linux-next kernel with the config given below.
But the bug doesn't reproduce in Qemu with debian rootfs.

I guess I would need the Rootfs that is being used here to reproduce it.
Can you point me to the rootfs for this?
