Subject: [PATCH net-next 6/8] can: kvaser_pciefd: Move hardware specific constants and functions into a driver_data struct

From: Jimmy Assarsson <extja@...ser.com>

Move hardware specific address offsets, interrupt masks and DMA mapping
function, into struct kvaser_pciefd_driver_data, as a step towards adding
new devices based on different hardware.
