Subject: [PATCH 6.1 5.15] net/mlx5: Free irqs only on shutdown callback
commit 9c2d08010963 ("net/mlx5: Free irqs only on shutdown callback")
backport this v6.4 commit to v6.1 and v5.15
Whenever a shutdown is invoked, free irqs only and keep mlx5_irq
synthetic wrapper intact in order to avoid use-after-free on
system shutdown.
