Subject: TC hardware filter for GTP TEID

Hi netdev,

Using tc I need to add a hardware filter to steer traffic of GTP tunnel with a tunnel endpoint identifier (TEID)
arriving on PF to its VF. I have been looking at the code and looks like we need to create a tunnel netdev
for the same and need to add tc filter on that netdev. Can I add new tc command so that tunnel netdev is not needed?
Please provide your suggestions.

Thanks,
Sundeep
