Subject: [PATCH ethtool 2/2] wol: Add support for WAKE_MDA

Allow waking-up from a specific MAC destination address, this is
particularly useful with a number of Ethernet PHYs that have limited
buffering and packet matching abilities.

Example:

ethtool -s eth0 wol e mac-da 01:00:5e:00:00:fb
