Subject: [PATCH net-next 05/15] i40e: Remove _t suffix from enum type names

From: Ivan Vecera <ivecera@...hat.com>

Enum type names should not be suffixed by '_t'. Either to use
'typedef enum name name_t' to so plain 'name_t var' instead of
'enum name_t var'.
