By the way, this should be:

	mdiodev = mdiobus_find_device(bus, addr);
	if (!mdiodev)
		return ERR_PTR(-ENODEV);

to avoid a layering violation. At some point, we should implement
mdiobus_get_mdiodev() which also deals with the refcount.
