Subject: [PATCH net-next 4/7] sfc: debugfs for (nic) TX queues

From: Edward Cree <ecree.xilinx@...il.com>

Expose each TX queue's label, type (csum offloads), TSO and timestamping
 capabilities, and the read/write/etc pointers for the descriptor ring.
Each TXQ dir also symlinks to its owning channel.
