Subject: [PATCH net-next 03/10] net: fill in MODULE_DESCRIPTION()s for HSR

W=1 builds now warn if module is built without a MODULE_DESCRIPTION().
Add descriptions to High-availability Seamless Redundancy (HSR) driver.
