Subject: [RFC PATCH net-next v2 0/2] Implement irq_domain for TXGBE

Implement irq_domain for the MAC interrupt and handle the sub-irqs.

v1 -> v2:
- move interrupt codes to txgbe_irq.c
- add txgbe-link-irq to msic irq domain
- remove functions that are not needed
