Subject: [PATCH net-next 5/6] tcp: Simplify the allocation of slab caches
Use the new KMEM_CACHE() macro instead of direct kmem_cache_create
to simplify the creation of SLAB caches.
And change cache name from 'tcp_bind_bucket' to 'inet_bind_bucket',
'tcp_bind2_bucket' to 'inet_bind2_bucket'.
